2 lbs. ground meat
2 clove garlic
2 pks. Chef Borde' spaghetti
1 can tomato sauce
sauce mix
1 can mushrooms
1 can tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
8 oz. parmesan cheese
8 oz. lasagna noodles
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and garlic, add 2 packages spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper, chili powder, simmer 1 hour. Add mushrooms simmer 40 minutes. Cook noodles - put a layer noodles, top with 1/3 sauce, 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
