1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick or old fashioned oats
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl mix flour, soda and salt and cinnamon. In large bowl beat butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Beat in flour. Stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7-8 minutes for chewy cookies, 9-10 for crisper cookies. Bake at 350º
