1 small onion, peeled and quartered
1 large cucumber, chunked
8 oz cream cheese, softened
dash of garlic (to taste)
dash of cayenne (to taste)
green food coloring if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Shred or puree onion & cucumber in a blender or processor. Drain well. Add the other ingredients, blend well and chill. Spread thickly on bread of your choice. If desired cut with a shamrock shaped cookie cutter.
