1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Process first 8 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Turn blended on high; add oil; stir in poppy seeds.

Serve over salad greens.
