1 (16 oz) frozen rolls, thawed

powdered sugar

Flatten and strech each roll slightly.

Pour oil to a depth of 2 inches in Dutch oven; heat to 375º. Fry beignets, 4 at a time, in hot oil 1-2 minutes or until golden, turning often. Drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar; serve immediately.
