3 boxes of Jiffy Corn mix
1 stick melted butter
1 - 8 oz. low fat cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 - 10oz. frozen broccoli

Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased muffin cups. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
