1 cup brown sugar
6 TBLS Bourbon
1/4 Cup soy sauce
2 TBLS lime juice
2 tsp dry ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 salmon fillets

Directions:

1. Mix together & marinate for at least 30 minutes (2 hours is best)
2. Broil until salmon is done (around 10-11 minutes)
