3 - 4oz cans whole chilis
1 can chili salsa
1/2 lb jack cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 Tbsp flour
1 - 6oz can evaporated milk
salt
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 pkg Fritos, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 12x12 Pyrex pan. Open and remove seeds from chilis. Line bottom of pan with chilis. Cover with jack cheese. Mix eggs, flour, milk and salt. Pour over top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. When solid, put crumbled fritos, grated cheddar cheese and salsa on top. Bake until cheese is melted.
