1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. nutmet
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients through nutmeg. Pour into hot oven proof pan that butter has been melted in. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425.

Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and lemon juice or fresh fruit and maple syrup.

First off this reminds Michelle of Thea and Pannekuchen. She made this alot when we were first married and served it with apples she sauteed in butter and a liitle sugar.
