1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 egg
3 cups pumpkin pie mix (1 lb 14 oz)
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup soft margarine or butter.
Directions:
Directions:
Beat 1/2 margarine and 1 egg together. Mix in cake mix, reserve 1 cup for the topping. Mix pumpkin pie mix, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup milk together and pour over cake mixture that has been pressed into pan. To 1 cup reserved cake mix add 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 cup soft margarine or butter. Stir until crumbly. Can add chopped pecans. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture. Bake 350 º for 45-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
