c. shortening
c. sugar
1 egg
c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
5-6 Tbs. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cram shortening add sugar and continue creaming until light and fluffily. Add peanut butter and cream beat in egg then adds milk and lemon juice. Sift flour with baking powder and salt into first mixture. Drop for spoon onto slightly greased baking sheet. Place a damp cloth over bottom of jelly glass and press cookies out flat. Bake in moderate oven 350 about 10 minutes.
