1 lb. loaf of white sandwich bread
8 oz. cream cheese
12 large eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. pure maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13x9 baking pan. Cut 1 Lb. Loaf of firm white sandwich bread (day old) into cubes. Spread of bread in 13x9 pan. Cut Cream cheese into small cubes and sprinkle over bread. Repeat layering, bread, and cheese. Whisk in large bowl eggs, milk, and pure maple syrup. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350; bake uncovered 30-40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve warm with a little maple syrup.
