1 LB.SHRIMP
2 eggs
2/3 C. milk
1 C. sifted flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 T. salt
1/4 T. pepper
2 T. melted butter
Peanut oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel and devein shrimp. In a medium bowl, beat eggs with milk. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper gradually to the egg mixture blending well. Stir in the melted butter. Dip each shrimp into batter to coat and fry in 350º oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
