1 lb. fresh shrimp
Water for steaming
2/3 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. l;lemon juice
2 T. prepared horseradish
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
4 drops bottled hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash,peel and devein shrimp. In a large pot with a steaming rack,bring water level to the rack and bring to a boil/ Add shrimp and steam for 3 minutes or until just pink. Remove and quick cool in cold water. Drain and refrigerate. .


Combine chili sauce, lemon juice,horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in a medium bowl. Stir together and refrigerate to blend flavors.Serve with cooled shrimp.
