1 1/2 salmon fillets
1 lg onion thinly sliced
2 1/2 TBS olive oil divided
3 TBS chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup orange juice divided
2 pinches kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 TBS thinly sliced green onions
2 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS sugar

Pre heat oven 450º
Place onions in a 9 x 13 baking dish and drizzle with 1 1/2 TBS olive oil and 2 TBS orange juice, toss together until well coated, cook until the onions are soft and golden about 20 mins. Remove from the oven and push to one side.
Place salmon in baking dish, sprinkle with 2 TBS chopped dill, pinch of salt, and some black pepper.
Drizzle remaining oil over the fish. Spoon the onions over top and cook for 10 to 12 mins. Untill the fish is cooked almost thru.
While salmon is cooking, mix together, the remaing dill, pinch of salt, green onions,orange and lemomns juices and sugar together in micro proof bowl, cook just until it starts to boil, take out and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Place salmon on platter and pour sauce over.
