1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. lard or butter
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together.
Place in greased 9x9 square pan.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
