1 large package Orida Hashbrowns
8 oz. Grated Velveeta cheese
- the paddy kind
1 Onion
2 T. Butter
8 oz. Sour Cream
c. Milk
1 can cream celery, chicken, or mushroom soup
Topping:

1 c. corn flakes
2 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 6 to 8 paddies in bottom of 9x13 pan. Then add velveeta cheese. Mix the onion, butter, sour cream, milk and soup. Pour over top of paddies. Sprinkle top with crushed corn flakes mixture. Bake at 350 until bubbling.
