4 lbs. lean ground meat
1 large onion chopped
2 cans chopped stewed tomatoes
6 c, water
1 box au-gratin potatoes with mix
1 box frozen lima beans
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced carrots
1 can of corn.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion. Drain in large stew pan.
Add: stewed tomatoes, water, and au-gratin potatoes. Mix and simmer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes add lima beans chopped celery and carrots. Mix and simmer 40 more minutes. Just before serving add one can of corn and bring to boil.
