1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick of butter
6 T. flour
5 c. milk
5 - medium size potatoes-Cut into bite size cubes. (Then cooked with salt and pepper till done.)

Directions:
Directions:
Empty cooked potatoes in a large pot and cut up Velveeta cheese. In the water that came off the potatoes add butter, flour, and 1 cup of milk. Stir until thickened. Add 4 more cups of milk – heat and pour over potatoes and cheese. You must stir all the time or it will stick.
