3 c. tomato juice
3 c. beef broth
3 c. water
¼ c. onion, minced
1 (10oz.) package frozen chopped spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan; heat to boiling. Add canned tomatoes, oregano, basil, garlic, other spices, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 10 (1-cup) servings.
