1lb. graham crackers
3 ½ c. milk
2 small pks. instant vanilla pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip
Frosting:

3 T. Milk
2 Pks. of soft chocolate
2 tsp. White Karo
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 T. Butter
1 ½ c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bottom of 9x13 pan, line with graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk beat at Medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in cool whip; pour Half the mixture over graham crackers. Place second layer of crackers and remaining pudding and another layer of crackers. Beat frosting until smooth and spread over top. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
