3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 pint half and half cream ( or more if you like it deliciously rich!)
whole milk

Directions:
Mix together sugar and cocoa. Beat in eggs, vanilla. Add half and half. Pour into 6 qt ice cream freezer container and add enough milk until mixture just touches the second prong from the top of stirrer. Freeze as directed.
