1 pound shaped pasta like penne or farfalle
1 jar sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil
garlic (I use a lot)
4 oz goat cheese
pesto (optional)
chicken (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
While pasta is cooking, saute the garlic and the sun dried tomatoes in the oil from the jar. If using chicken, saute that too. When the pasta is cooked, add the tomatoes, chicken and oil to it and crumble the goat cheese. Add a couple of tablespoons of pesto if you have it. Stir it up and let it sit a few minutes to melt the cheese.
