1 1/2 lbs fish filets 1/4 c butter 1/2 tsp salt pinch of pepper 1 tbs lemon juice 1 tbs white wine 3tbs parmesan
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Add fish salt and pepper. Bake for 5 min then turn fish over and sprinkle with lemon juice and wine. Sprinkle parmesan on top and bake until fish flakes at its thickest point. Approximately 5 min.
