Meatballs:
1 lb. lean Ground Beef
1 lb. Ground Pork
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 C. Milk
1 C. Bread Crumbs
1 Onion, Diced
Gravy:
10 3/4 oz. can Cream Soup (Chicken, Celery, or Mushroom)
1 C. milk

Directions:

Meatballs:
Combine Beef, Pork, Egg, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Worcestershire, 1/3 c. Milk, and Bread crumbs until well blended. Shape mixture into balls.
Place onions and meatballs in frying pan and cook meatballs, browning on all sides. Drain off grease.
Gravy:
In a small bowl, blend soup and milk together until nearly lump free. Pour mixture over meatballs in frying pan and cover, simmer on low for one hour. Stir frequently and add water, a little bit at a time, if gravy is becoming too thick.
