Meatloaf:
1 lb. lean Ground Beef
1 lb. Ground Pork
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 C. Milk
1 C. Bread Crumbs
Sauce:
1/2 Bottle Chili Sauce
1/2 C. light Brown Sugar

Directions:

Meatloaf:
Combine all ingredients, until well blended; set aside.
Sauce:
In the bottom of a loaf pan, evenly spread Chili Sauce, sprinkle the Brown Sugar on top of Chili Sauce.
Form meat mixture into a loaf and put into loaf pan on top of Brown Sugar and Chili Sauce.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Remove from oven and gently drain grease from pan. Turn loaf out of pan, upside-down; so Chili Sauce-Brown Sugar mixture is now on the top. Slice and serve.
