1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º.

Combine sugar, shortening and peanut butter; add vanilla and eggs. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and milk.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten in criss-cross pattern with fork dipped in flour.

Bake at 400º for 6-10 minutes.
