Ingredients:  
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 stick margarine
onion, bell pepper, pimiento (cook in margarine)
2 eggs (beaten)
Jiffy corn meal mix
8 oz sour cream
grated cheese

Directions:

Stir the above ingredients except sour creeam and chreeded cheese
sour cream spoon on top or swirl in
cover with grated cheese
bake (uncovered) 30 minutes at 400º
