Ingredients:  
2 sticks margine
2 cups chopped onions
(white and green or all white)
2 cups chopped celery
1 lg. skillet cornbread
1 tsp poultary seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs (well-beaten)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 or 3 cups chicken broth
1 cooked hen/deboned
(1 use 4 boneless chicken breast instead)

Directions:

Melt 2 sticks margarine in a skillet
Saute celery and onion in melted margarine
Mix all ingredients together in a very large mixing bowl
Put in crock-pot
Cook on high for 45 minutes and then turn to low and cook 4 hours
