1 roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 package Lipton's onion soup mix
Add a little water of beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Season roast with pepper, garlic, etc
Flour and brown on both sides
(If it is very large, cut into 2 pieces)
Place in crock-pot and add other ingredients
Cook in high about 1 hour, then on low for 8 to 10 hours,
or cook on high 4 to 6 hours
