Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 head lettuce or prepackage salad mix
1 cup green onions
1 cup celery or use a little celery salt
1 can English peas, drained
Layer the above ingredients in a dish
(You may add shredded carrots and watercress)
1 or 2 cups mayonnaise ( I use one)
1 (8 oz) sour cream
3 Tbsp sugar

Directions:

Mix these and spread over layers
Cover with shredded cheese
May want to top with bacon bits
Chill 24 hours before serving
