2 lbs. stew beef, cut in one-inch cubes
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushrooms, drained (optional)
1/2 1 can water or 1/2 cup red wine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well
Bake at 325º for three hours in covered dish
No need to look until time is up
Sever over rice or noodles
