1 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 C. Onion, chopped
1/2 C. sliced Mushrooms (you may leave these out if you prefer)
1 lb. lean Beef Stew Meat
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. ground Black Pepper
10 3/4 oz. can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 C. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in Dutch oven and saute onions and mushrooms. Add beef to pan and dust with flour, stir to coat pieces well. Sprinkle with soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper, stir to mix well. Bake covered at 250 for 2 hours until tender, stirring occasionally. Add a little water if meat looks dry, you want to keep it moist. Combine soup and sour cream until well blended, fold into meat mixture and return to oven for an additional 30 minutes. Serve over prepared egg noodles or rice.
