14 oz. can Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz. pkg. Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/2 C. shredded fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 C. Mayonnaise (I prefer Hellmann's©)
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Optional: 1-2 oz. jar Pimentos, drained and diced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Spoon into a 3-cup shallow, oval ramekin or 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Serve with toasted baguette slices, assorted crackers, pita triangles or veggies.
