5 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup of eggs plus 2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons of flour
1 3/4 cup of sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of heavy cream
Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together with a mixer and continue mixing until smooth and creamy. Grease pan. Bake for 12 minutes at 450º and for 55 minutes at 350º.
