12 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
6 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 oz. chopped Green Chilies, drained
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese with chilies, toss in flour. Place mixture in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
In a small bowl, beat together eggs and sour cream, pour over cheese mixture.
Bake at 375º for 50 minutes. Cut into 1-inch squares, serve immediately.
