2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 stick olio
½ c Crisco
1 cup water
4 T Cocoa
½ c buttermilk
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Vanilla.

Icing:

1 stick olio
4 T. Cocoa
6 T Milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c chopped pecans
1 lb. (4c) confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place in large bowl flour and sugar. In saucepan add 1 stick olio, Crisco, water and 4 T Cocoa, bring mixture to a fast boil. Pour over sugar and flour, mix. Then add: buttermilk, eggs (, 1 tsp. Soda, Cinnamon, and Vanilla. Mix well and pour into greased pan (either 9x13x2 ½” or 12x17x1 jelly roll pan) and bake 20 minutes at 400º.
Icing: Start 5 minutes before cake is done. Place in a pan 1 stick olio, 4 T Cocoa and Milk, bring to a boil. and add 1 box confectioner sugar, vanilla and pecans. Beat well and pour on cake while cake is still hot.
