16 oz bag of spinach or 1 box of frozen
1 bunch of watercress
1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tough ends of water cress. Combine spinach, watercress, butter, salt and pepper in saucepan. Cook turning the greens in the sauce for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
