2 1/2 cups flour, divided
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, melted
1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 jar (12 oz.) caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add butter, stir until all ingredients are moist. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture; press remaining mixture into bottom of ungreased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts. Combine caramel topping and remaining 1/3 cup flour in bowl; drizzle over chocolate and nuts. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mxiture. Bake 20 minutes.
