3 cups whole pecans
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Kahlua
1 tablespoons corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine all ingredients except nuts and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Insert candy thermometer; bring to hard crack stage (300º). Pour over nuts; stir with buttered metal spoon to coat evenly.

Spread, in a single layer, on buttered jelly roll pan.

Cool; separate into small chunks.

Store in air-tight container.
