4 boneless chicken breasts
3/4 cup bread crumbs
Olive oil
1 cup marsala wine
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken breasts into bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in skillet and add chicken. Brown on both sides; season with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms and marsala. Cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes.
