Mocha Cheesecake Recipe

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
dash of salt

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon hot water
2 teaspoons instant coffee

In bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in butter. Press onto the bottom and up one inch of the sides of a greased 9 inch pan.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add eggs.

In small bowl, combine water and coffee; let stand for one minute. Add to creamed mixture. Pour into crust.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Chill over night.
