6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 green onion minced
2 TBSPS butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded cheese, I use provelone, mozzerella, cheddar, or a mix of what ever I have.
1/2 lb of bacon cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven 400º
Grease a 10" pie plate, make sure it's a deep one.
In a med. bowl beat eggs with milk, onion, butter salt and pepper until well blended.
Pour eggs into prepared pan, sprinkle bacon and cheese over the surface, and bake for 20 minutes or until top is set and edges start to brown.
