4 Eggs
1 c. Oil
1 c. Sugar
1 can Pumpkin 16 oz
2 c. Flour
2 t. Cinnamon
2 t. Baking powder
1 t. salt, nutmeg and baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add oil, sugar and pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
Bake 350 in greased jelly roll pan for 25 min.
Cool
Icing Recipe
8 oz Cream cheese
1/4 c. Margarine
1 lb Powdered sugar
1 t. Vanilla
Milk or water
Nuts
Beat softened cream cheese and margarine, add powdered sugar, vanilla and milk or water to desired consistency.
Frost cake and sprinkle nuts on top.
