1/2 lb. bacon - diced, sautéed & drained

minced onion - sautéed
2 cans chicken broth
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar (to taste)
cornstarch (to thicken)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked bacon, minced onion, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add vinegar and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add enough cornstarch to thicken.

Pour over or serve on the side of a spinach salad.
