1 chicken - boiled and de-boned
16 corn tortillas, torn into small
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
pieces
1 - 8oz. sour cream
1 can of chopped green chilies (or jalapeņos)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in pot with 6 chicken bullion cubes. When chicken is done, remove and de-bone, retaining liquid. Or use 4 cans of chicken broth.
Add tortilla pieces and mushroom soup to broth and chicken. Stir constantly.
About 30 minutes before serving, add sour cream. Stir and heat.
Serve with green chilies or jalapeņos, top with avocado or lime.
