1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of cheddar
1 1/2 c. half & half
cheese soup
ham (small slices)
3 T. butter
10 oz. chopped broccoli

Directions:

In crockpot, combine all ingredients. Cook on low for 2 - 3 hours.
