9 - potatoes, peeled and cubed.
1 - green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 - medium size heavy whipping
1 - stick butter
chopped cooked bacon
shredded cheddar cheese

In a large pot, cover potatoes in water and boil until soft. Add green pepper, salt and pepper. Turn down to medium heat, cook 1 hour.
Add whipping cream and 1 stick of butter.
Heat and serve with chopped bacon and shredded cheese.
