1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 - 32oz. bag frozen tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Bake tater tots according to package instructions, leaving off 10 minutes baking time. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Combine with mushroom soup, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish or 9x13 pan. Top meat mixture with cheddar cheese. Top with partially baked tater tots. Bake in 350 for 20-25 minutes or until casserole is warm and cheese is melted.
