Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
1 or 2 boneless, skinless chicken
1/4 c. flour
breasts
olive oil
5 cloves of minced garlic
1 c. jarred Alfredo sauce
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 (8 oz.) bag of shredded
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese
peppermint candy

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Unroll pizza dough onto a pizza pan or pizza stone. Press out to cover the whole pan. Bake at 425º for about 7 minutes or until lightly browned. While the dough is cooking, coat the chicken with flour.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until done and browned on both sides. About 2 minutes before the chicken is done, add half the garlic to the pan and cook along with the chicken. Remove and shred or cut chicken into small pieces.
Spread the Alfredo sauce on the pizza crust. Top with the chicken, sprinkle with the remaining minced garlic, then top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle top with green onions.
Bake about 7-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
After dinner, eat peppermint candy to clean your breath!
